This level of thermal protection is manufactured using a branded viscose called Viloft, blended with a strong durable polyester. Viloft, being a natural fibre made from wood pulp, gives it better thermal performance than normal viscose. as it is made from two different types of fibres, round ones and flat ones. This means that when they are bunched together they create air pockets which traps warm air and allows the skin to breathe. This in turn means that the skin stays dry and warm in addition to keeping the 210gsm fabric weight light and comfortable to wear all day long.
