Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment and accept Visa and Mastercard. When entering your credit card information you will be passed over to Securehostings who will take the payment details. Once your card has been verified payment is taken straight away. Although this may not show until a few days later.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

For orders placed over the value of £50.00 carriage is paid for. For orders under £50.00, carriage is dependant on the new City Link pricing system and is subject to change accordingly. All deliveries must be signed for. If nobody is available when the delivery was made, then the goods will be taken back to the nearest City Link depot.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our web site, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with the product within 14 days of receipt, you can return the item to us. In order to return an item please follow these guidelines.

You must first request a returns number by sending a blank email to customer.support@xcelcius.com clearly stating "Xcelcius Returns Request" in the subject line.

Upon receipt of this email we shall issue you with a copy of our terms and conditions regarding returns. Once these have been accepted, you will receive a unique number to attach to any goods you wish to return.

Without this number we will not accept any returned goods and no correspondence shall be entered in to.
