THERMAL PROTECTION -15 DEGREES


Our third level of protection against the cold. Manufactured using the branded viscose Viloft, it is brushed on the inside making it very soft to the touch. This brushing is done to increase the speed at which moisture is absorbed and transported through to the outside of the garment. In addition, it increases the surface area of air pockets which retain heat. This heat would normally be lost when the moisture passes through. The brushing also increases the weight of the fabric to 215gsm which is still light enough to give the wearer excellent comfort and freedom of movement but without being bulky under normal clothing. This range will keep the wearer warm in temperatures down to -150c and is suitable for anyone who is spending long periods of time outside on a regular basis.
